Launch list for Workspaces

If you join the launch list for Workspaces, Quantsurv’s software for quantity surveying and construction claims, we keep your email address, when you joined and confirmed, and the wording you agreed to. We use it only to email you when Workspaces launches. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can leave at any time with the link in our emails, or by writing to contact@quantsurv.com, and we then delete your address. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed addresses are deleted once we have sent the launch email, or 12 months after you joined, whichever is sooner.

Earlier launch list for Bob

If you joined the earlier launch list for Bob, Quantsurv’s AI agent, we keep your email address, when you joined and confirmed, and the wording you agreed to. We use it only to email you when Bob launches. The list has taken no new sign-ups since 5 November 2026. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can leave at any time with the link in our emails, or by writing to contact@quantsurv.com, and we then delete your address. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed addresses are deleted once we have sent the launch email, or 12 months after you joined, whichever is sooner.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not measure your visit. Its pages, pictures and recordings come from this site alone.

Services used to handle information

Information you send through the site is stored with our website host and database provider. Our emails, including the launch list’s confirmation, are sent through Resend.

To ask how we handle your personal information, request access or correction, or ask us to consider deletion or another privacy request, email contact@quantsurv.com. Include enough detail for us to find the information you mean and reply.
